FENTY FIZZ
For this project I was instructed to create a seltzer brand for Rihanna using Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Substance 3D Stager. After researching the star and analyzing her other brands (Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty), I came up with the brand Fenty Fizz. My design choices regarded Rihannas birthplace (Saint Micheal, Barbados), her brands, and her aesthetic.
Rihanna is a singer, business owner, actress, model, and song writer. Her successful brands include Fenty Beauty (makeup) and Savage X Fenty (Lingerie). Fenty Fizz was made to feel confident, colorful, and beachy/island-like.

Initial ideas:
When choosing fonts, I looked to Rihannas other brands, and other successful seltzer brands on the market. Sans serif fonts were promient amoung both. The chosen fonts provide contrast on the colorful backgrounds and reflect Rihannas bold vibe.
The color palletes were based off of the prominent colors of Saint Micheal, Barbados' scenery and vegitation.
My goal for the packaging was to be functional, vibrant, enviornmentally conscious, and reflect Rihannas aesthetic.

The design on each can and box is based off of a flavor. The cans include the Fenty Fizz logo, the flavors, outlined images of the flavors, an outline of Barbados, Rihannas hand tattoo as the background pattern, and the nutritional facts. I incoorperated these things to pay homage to her life and aesthetic. The design on the boxes is generally the same except it doesnt include nutrition facts, or an outline of Barbados. It also shows a made in barbados sticker. The materials are aluminum cans and cardboard, which are both recyclable and sustainable options.

I chose my headline based off of her song "Pour It up", and the quote is an actual quote from her, and below is her real signature.
Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome of this project and felt my design choices translated well. Even though it was my first time using Adobe Substance 3D Stager, all it took was some trial and error to be happy with the final outcome.
